Description
Typewritten letter informs Beatrix Farrand the rare book list and negatives from Mrs. Bland are being returned to Isabelle Stover and announces to her that Spring tours for the Dumbarton Oaks Gardens had begun with blooming flowers showing beautiful color. Anne Sweeney relates that John Thacher wanted her to wait to send the plant catalog cards to Beatrix Farrand as she would be traveling; It is better she discuss this with Robert Patterson then send it to Beatrix Farrand.
Copy of original, unsigned. Probably created by Anne Sweeney as she was working on the plant catalog cards.
