Description

Typewritten letter acknowledges receipt of previous letters and copies of book lists and indicating the arrival of a shipment of books from Blackwell's in London. Anne Sweeney reports an episode of mold covering books and typewriter cover in her office after returning from vacation [probably due to the humid weather] and the action she took. Mentions she met briefly with Robert Patterson when he was at Dumbarton Oaks.

Copy of original letter, unsigned. Probably sent by Anne Sweeney based on letters to her from Isabelle M. Stover, B:IMS 1947.09.12 and B:IMS 1947.09.15.
