Description
Typewritten letter apologizes for putting pressure on Mildred Bliss when she was ill and explains an opportunity arose for the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden for which the Board of Trustees wanted to capitalize on. Beatrix Farrand agrees that Maunsell van Rensselaer's health is troubling, and he needs to adjust his effort based on his strength. She mentions matters before the Board of Trustees such as the service road, Ceanothus trail, and parking area.
