Description
Letter discusses the accounts used for Dumbarton Oaks book purchases. Beatrix Farrand thanks Mildred Bliss for wanting her continued counsel regarding the Garden Center and the book buying. She recommends that Mildred Bliss tell Ellis Russell to provide funding for book purchases while Mildred Bliss is away. Recent book purchases from the bookseller, Staack are on the way to Dumbarton Oaks; one of those is Salomon Kleiner's, [Representation au naturel des] chateaux de Weissenstein [au dessus de Pommersfeld, et de celui de Geubach appartenants à la masion des comtes de Schönborn].
Written on Beatrix Farrand, San Marino, California letterhead, but the address was crossed out and replaced with Reef Point, Bar Harbor, Maine.
