Description

Drawing unsigned and undated. Probably created by Beatrix Farrand between 1935-1936 based on similar signed and dated drawings of the crane for the swing support, GD O-3-25C and GD O-3-31B.

The crane is representative of the character in the Aesop's fable, "The Fox and the Crane." This fable is also known as The Fox and the Stork.
