v-384v towards the gutter are faded and something unusual (resembling bits of dried and broken straw) seems to have fallen on the lense, perhaps, during photographing, partially hiding the text. Similar pieces on 421v/422r do not affect legibility.
v/391r Inside of gutter faded, obscuring two or three letters.
r A thin scratch, about a third the length of the page, not affecting legibility.
v Part of bottom marginal scholium cut off.
v Part of lefthand marginal scholium cut off.
The second part of this film 396v-428r generally much better than the first part and very legible, the only exception being a strip about three letters thick, obscuring the far left of the last four (of 24) lines of 428r (Photius).
