Notes

Original box:

Bodleian Library. Manuscript. Barocci Gr. 25.
Psellus. Versus politici: ff. 211-233.

First frame: "Photographic Order No. B.P.C. 3587."

Second frame: "...The Librarian would also be glad to be informed of any work done by scholars on this microfilm. He makes this request because he wishes to possess for the use of scholars full information as possible concerning work on the manuscripts in his care."

Iter Psellianum nos. 1053, 1055, 1056, 1060 and 1105.

Reproduction valuable and can be profitably resorted to for most passages, including most of its commentary, but several of the first frames (through 15r) are not up to Bodley's generally high standards, and some pages are difficult to rea, such as 1r (dark), 13v/11r (faint), some of the marginal scholia (perhaps its primary importance), etc. Also 21r, 39r, 53r-54r, 92v-94r, 100v-101v (water-damage in the original?)

Mostly quite legible, but not entirely: the tops of almost all the pages included on our film are obscured, most of them heavily. This appears to be a matter of water-damage to the manuscript itself.
