USA, 1928–1967 (Distributor)
Pan American-Grace Airways, commonly known as Panagra, was formed in 1928 as a joint venture between Pan American World Airways and Grace Shipping Company. It flew to locations around the Americas and held a quasi-monopoly over air travel in parts of South America in the middle of the century. Panagra merged with Braniff International Airways in 1967, and its routes are now operated by American Airlines.
