Stamboul, The Obelisk of Théodose.
The Obelisk of Theodosius, which is about 61 feet in height, stands on four bronze cubes on a marble pedestal in the Hippodrome at Stamboul. It was brought to Constantinople by Theodosius the Great after his victory over Maximus in A.D. 388.
