Cablegram Paris 30 Jul. 28Monday.
Milrob
American Embassy Baires

By letter posted June 9th I asked you could help temporarily with loan forty one hundred dollars. This amount appears to be a transposition by the cablegram sender of the amount 1400. Elisina Tyler had requested £860 (approximately $1,400.00 in 1929) for repairs of Antigny, and in their response by telegram on July 31, 1928, Mildred Barnes Bliss and Robert Woods Bliss informed Elisina that they were sending the £860 as requested by her in her letter of May 29, 1928. Fearing letter miscarried, beg you will send your news and reply if possible 21 Quai Bourbon or Westerbank Paris. Affectionately, Your Elisina
