Royall Tyler to Robert Woods Bliss, June 8, 1951
Paris
June 8, 51
Dear Robert.
I’ve just had your exciting letter of June 5, and answer at once to say that I’d love to come on that trip, if I can possibly manage. I don’t think a whole month is likely—but I’ll try, & failing a whole month, for part. Do let me know more about plans, when you can.
No news [is] good news, says you. I wrote to Mildred from Geneva about 5 weeks ago,The whereabouts of this letter are unknown. didn’t I. Isn’t that better than some other people’s performance?
In mad haste, & much love to you both—
Yrs
