Ernest Harold Wainwright (1866–1944)

Ernest Harold Wainwright was Elisina Grant Richards (later Elisina Tyler) and Grant Richards's solicitor. He studied at Trinity College, Cambridge, and was admitted as solicitor in 1890. He was a partner in the practice of Witty, Wainwright & Pollock, together with John Penroy Witty and Robert Gordon Pollock, until February 8, 1903, after which the practice was known as Wainwright, Pollock and Co.
