Mrs. Patrick Stuart-Menteath

Mrs. Patrick Stuart-Menteath (ca. 1856–1940)

Mrs. Patrick Stuart-Menteath was a friend of Royall Tyler and his mother, Ellen Frances Krebs Tyler; she was the daughter of a small printer in Edinburgh and the wife of Patrick William Stuart-Menteath, whom she married in 1871. They lived in Ciboure, France, near Saint Jean-de-Luz in the Pyrenees. She died in 1940.
