Spain, a Study of Her Life and Arts

Royall Tyler’s illustrated volume, Spain, a Study of Her Life and Arts, was published by Grant Richards, in London, in 1909. According to Royall Tyler, the collector Hugh Percy Lane introduced him early in 1908 to the London publisher Grant Richards, who asked him to write a book on Spain "meant for the visitor interested in art, architecture, and history" (Autobiography 5:1).
