Description

The garden of Behram Khan is located on the Grand Trunk Road near the Indus river at Attock. Behram Khan is said to be the son of Khushal Khan Khattak, a famous poet during Aurangzeb’s reign (1658–1707). This walled garden has a baradari on the south overlooking a chahārbāgh and the Grand Trunk Road beyond. The water channels forms the basic chahārbāgh (quadripartite) layout. There is a pool in the middle of the garden.
