Fols. 142r-144r: Gennadius II, Patriarch of Constantinople [Gennadius Scholarius].

Fols. 145r-275v: Photius I, Saint, Patriarch of Constantinople, ca. 820-ca. 891. Amphilochia.

Probably same hand as Iviron 684.
Fols. 171r- with very faded folio marks. The upper portion of fols. 271r-275r has almost completely faded.
Fols. 151v and 391v-512v were written in a different hand.

Collation with other version of the texts in margins by a later hand.

MTA.11.3:
Photius I, Saint, Patriarch of Constantinople, ca. 820-ca. 891. Amphilochia.
Fols. 465v-466r, 469v-470r, and 506v-507r are missing.
Fols. 315v, 328v, 330v, 341v, 363v, 463v-465r, and 480v-481r are poorly photographed and illegible.

Folio numbers are retrograde to the sequence of the films, so 175r-145r, 204r-175v, 237r-204v etc.
The eighth film was spliced upside-down.
From the ninth film (392v), folio numbers are in regular sequence.
The tenth film (418v-450r) is too dark, but still legible.
