Superscription (in a casual hand):
Τὸ παρὸν βιβλίον κτῆμά ἐστιν Ἀρσενίου τοῦ Μονεμβασίας·
τὸ νῦν δ' εἶναι Γεωργίου κόμητος Κορίνθου ἀνεψιάδ(ου) καὶ μαθητοῦ αὐτοῦ.

Main text on the page, in another hand (less formal than the following pp., incipit:  "Πολλάκις κατ' ἐμαυτὸν γενομένῳ τὰς φιλοτίμους ψυχὰς μακαρίζειν..."

Subscription in Latin.

"Ἀναξαγόραν ἐρωτηθέντα, ὅτου χάριν εἰς γένεσιν ἥκειν ἕλοιτο μᾶλλον..."

"Τουτὶ τὸ βιβλίον ἐξήνεγκε μὲν ὁ πολὺς τὴν σοφίαν Συνέσιος..."

"Τῶν μακρῶν καὶ πολλῶν σου καλῶν ὁ παρὼν οὑτωσὶ μεμνημένος..."
