Enseignements: copy by the "Master of the Politcraticus of Charles V ("shortly after 1384": see link to Cleveland Museum of Art in Online Resources) of Jean de Vignay's French translation (ca. 1335) of the De Regimine Principis of Theodore I Palæologus (Θεόδωρος Κομνηνὸς Δούκας Ἄγγελος Παλαιολόγος, 1291-1338, tenth son of emperor Andronicus II and first Palæologue Marquess of Montferrat).

95 fols. First recto illustrated (with little trumpeter on the top of the page). Lovely little dragon on 12r (see "Image & Information" in Online Resources). Finely decorated capitals throughout. Cf. also Koninklijke Bibliotheek België ms. 9467.
