Translation

Ἔλθοις βοηθὸς, Χριστέ, τῷ κεκτημένῳ τῷ σῷ Μιχαὴλ φημὶ Καμπαναρίῳ.

May you, Christ, come to the aid of the owner, by whom I mean your servant Michael Kampanarios.


Commentary

Two twelve-syllable verses. Note the use of κεκτημένος as "owner" of the seal.
