Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Νικηφόρῳ σεβαστῷ το Κομνηνῷ.

Mother of God, help your servant Nikephoros Komnenos, sebastos.

Commentary

Nikephoros Komnenos (ca. 1062-1136) is surely to be identified as the youngest brother of the emperor Alexios I Komnenos.
