Translation
Παλαιολόγος Ἀνδρόνικός με γράφει Κομνηνοδουκῶν ἐξ ἀνάκτων ὀσφύος ὁ πρωτοπανσέβαστος ἐξ ὑπερτάτου.
The protospansebastohypertatos Andronikos Palaiologos, sprung from the royal Komnenoi and Doukai, is the one who has inscribed me.

Commentary
Three candidates have been proposed as the owner of this seal. Of these, Wassiliou-Seibt has opted for the Andronikos Palaiologos attested among the participants of the Synod of 1191 (with the title shown on this seal). Another possible candidate is the father of the future emperor Michael VIII Palaiologos (1259-1282).
