πάναγνε or παρθένε, στρατηγὸν τὸν Χασάνην σκέποις.
All-holy One (or Virgin), may you protect the strategos Chasanes.

Commentary
The absence of the top line of the reverse makes it impossible to know if the first word in this metrical invocation is πάρθενε or πάναγνε.
