Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Κωνσταντίνου διακόνου (or κανδιδάτου).

Theotokos, give Thy aid. (Seal of) Constantine, deacon (or kandidatos).

Commentary

Both κανδιδάτου and διακόνου are possible readings in conjunction with the name Κωνσταντίνου in the reverse monogram, as is any other title or office that contains a Δ and uses the letters within the name of Constantine.
