Translation

Commentary

In his unpublished catalogue of the Shaw collection, Laurent suggests Μαρκιανοῦ πατρικίου; Σαμουήλ is significantly more likely as a name, because it takes into account the clearly inscribed Η and Σ, while Markianos does not.
