Translation

οὗτινός εἰμι ἡ γραφὴ δηλώσει.

Whose (seal) I am, the letter will show (you).

Commentary

The inscription is metrical but lacks one syllable; it is likely that σοι was omitted somehow and should be restored to make a full dodecasyllable.
