Translation

Mother of God, help your servant Euthymios protospatharios, kourator of the Mangana.

Commentary

The third letter of the owner's name is quite unclear, although theta seems the most likely reading. His name might have been Eumathios or Eustratios.

The final line contains the remains of two other letters, which might be traces of an earlier use.
