Invocative monogram (modified form of type X: kappa and epsilon joined at left, and eta at right); in the quarters: μηχα,|μον. A pellet above each pair of letters at top and below each pair at bottom. Border of dots.

Inscription of four lines preceded and followed by decoration. Border of dots.
