Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Σταυρακίῳ, ἀνθυπάτῳ, πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοτρικλίνου καὶ σακελαρίῳ.

Commentary
The owner of this seal is undoubtedly identical with the Staurakios of BZS 1947.2.852, a specimen with the same inscription but struck by a different boulloterion.
