Obverse

Patriarchal cross on steps (indeterminate number). Remains of a circular inscription within concentric circles of dots:

[Κ(ύρι)ε] βοήθη το σ[ῷ δούλῳ]

Reverse

Inscription of five lines, a row of pellets below. Border of dots.

.......ίῳ β(ασιλικῷ) σ[τράτ]ορη κὲ πα[ρα]φύλακως [Κ]ωλωνί[ας]

Translation

Κύριε βοήθη το σῷ δούλῳ .......ίῳ βασιλικῷ στράτορη κὲ παραφύλακως Κωλωνίας.

Lord, help your servant ...ios, imperial strator and paraphylax of Koloneia.

Commentary

The lettering is of low quality, and there is an inconsistency in the inscription, which starts in the dative and continues in the genitive case, not to mention the spelling mistakes.
