Bust of St. George, facing, wearing the chlamys, tied on his right shoulder, with a spear in his right hand and a shield in his left. Inscription visible to the left: |Γ|Ε: ὁ ἅγιος Γεώργιος. Border of dots.

Translation

Lord, help your servant Mavros, patrikios.

Commentary

Note the β used in place of a υ in Μαύρῳ (Mauros), following its pronunciation as Mavros.
