Translation

Ἀνδρονίκου σφράγισμα Κοντοστεφάνου ὃς μητρόθεν πρόεισι Κομνηνῶν φῦτλης.

The seal of Andronikos Kontostephanos, of Komnenian issue on his mother's side.

Commentary

The owner of this seal is identified as Andronikos Kontostephanos Komnenos, the third son of Stephanos Kontostephanos and Anna Komnene, who became megas doux in the year 1166 and died in 1195. See PBW : Andronikos 17004.
