Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῇ σῇ δούλῃ Εὐδοκίᾳ μοναχῇ καὶ δούλῃ τῆς Τριάδος.

Mother of God, help your servant Eudokia, nun and servant of the Trinity.

Commentary

The circular inscription on the obverse will have read ἡ περίδοξος ("glorious"), an epithet of the Virgin that appears on the parallel to this seal cited below.
