Bust of St. Theodore holding a spear in his right hand and a shield in his left hand. Vertical inscription: |θ-δ|ω|ρο|σ : Ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θ[εό]δωρος. Circular inscription along the border of dots:

[Κ(ύρι)ε βο]ήθ(ει) τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ)

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ, ἀσηκρῆτις καὶ κριτῇ τῶν Θρᾳκησίων.
