Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντι πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ, καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Ἀνατολικῶν.

Lord, help your servant Leo, patrikios, imperial protospatharios, and strategos of the Anatolikoi.

Commentary

The owner of the present seal could be the future Emperor Leo V the Armenian (813-820).
