Translation

Κωνσταντῖνε μέγιστος αὐσονοκράτωρ Κλάδωνος κύρου πρακτέα Κωνσταντίνου.

Constantine, greatest of the Roman emperors, authenticate the acts of Constantine Kladon.

Commentary

The inscription consists of two dodecasyllabic verses. On the obverse, combinations of letters sigma-tau-alpha and tau-eta in the name Constantine are rendered as ligatures.
