Translation

σκέποις με, μάρτυς, Ὀλέγην Ἰωάννην. σὲ ἡ γραφῶν κλεὶς τῶν ἐμῶν, μάκαρ, φέρει.

Martyr, may you protect me, John Oleges. The key to my documents bears you, blessed one.

Commentary

Note the mark serving as a period at the end of the first twelve-syllable verse.
