Translation

Ἁγία Τριὰς ὁ Θεὸς ἡμῶν βοήθη Κοσμᾷ χαρτουλαρίῳ.

Holy Trinity our God help, Kosmas chartoularios.

Commentary

It is possible that the letter at the right arm of the crucifix is a Ν, yielding the name Κωνσταντίνῳ (Constantine).
