Obverse

The Mother of God standing, turned to her left, with her hands upraised in supplication. On either side, epigraphy: ̅θυ̅: Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Within borders of dots, a partially preserved circular inscription beginning at twelve o'clock:

......κηταμα.....

[Κ(ύρι)ε β(οή)θ(ει) Νι]κήτᾳ μα[γίστρ(ῳ)]

Reverse

St. Nicholas standing, holding the book in his left hand and offering a blessing with his right. On either side, epigraphy: |..|kλ|οα|σ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) [Νι]κ[ό]λαος. Within a double border of dots, a partially preserved circular inscription beginning at twelve o'clock:

......Δργ̣...

[(καὶ) μεγάλ]ῳ δρουγ[γαρ(ίῳ)]
