Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κωνσταντινάκῳ βασιλικῷ διακόνῳ καὶ σκευοφύλακι.

Theotokos, help your servant Konstantinakos, imperial deacon and skeuophylax.

Commentary

Laurent read the name as Κωνσταντινακίῳ (Konstantinakios), while Zacos tentatively read Konstantinakos, but suggested Κωνσταντινάκῃ (Konstantinakes) as a viable alternative. However, the remains of the Ω and the lack of an Ι seem to indicate that the correct reading is Konstantinakos.
