St. Theodore standing at left, holding a spear and shield. Epigraphy visible at left: |θ|ε|ο|||ρ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεόδωρ(ος). The other saint, standing to the right, is identified as St. Hyacinth (no epigraphy visible). Between the two figures is a tree. Border of dots.

σφραγὶς βεβαιοῖ τὰς γραφὰς τὰς ἐνθάδε Στρυφνοῦ σεβαστοῦ Μιχαὴλ καὶ κρατύνει.

The seal confirms and validates the writings herein of the sebastos Michael Stryphnos.
