Εἰρηνικὸν σκέποις με σὸν δοῦλον, Τήρων.
Tiron, may you protect me, your servant Eirenikos.

Commentary
The owner of this seal is to be identified as Theodore Eirenikos who held a number of offices under the emperor Alexios III Angelos (1195-1203) and was Patriarch of Constantinople from 1214 to 1216. See PBW : Theodoros 195, and Wassiliou-Seibt's commentary for further references.
Note that St. Theodore is addressed by his epithet "Tiron," in other words, "the recruit."
