Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Σαμοὺλ μοναχῷ καὶ ἱγουμένῳ τῆς Ἀνδράκτων.
Mother of God, help your servant Samuel monk and hegoumenos of (the monastery of) the Andraktoi.

Commentary
Lines 4–5 (reverse): Laurent read: τῆς (μονῆς) Ἀ<τ>ράκτ(ων). There is space at the end of line 3 to read ἱγουμ(έ)[ν(ῳ)].
The monastery is attested by seals as well as among the signatories at the Second Council of Nicaea (787). See Janin, Grands centres, 434, no. 53.
