The Mother of God seated on a backless throne with the medallion of Christ in her lap. Traces of an inscription on either side: ..ΘΥ̅: [Μ(ήτη)ρ] Θ(εο)ῦ. Above, on either side, the words of an invocation:

Θ̣Κ̣Ε̣ΟΗΘΕΙ

Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθει

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει Ἐπιφανίῳ βεστάρχῃ καὶ κριτῇ τοῦ βήλου τῷ Ἐξαμιλίτι.
