Κωνσταντίνῳ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ, ἐπὶ τοῦ κοιτῶνος, λογαριαστῇ καὶ ἀνθρώπῳ τοῦ βασιλέος ἡμῶν τοῦ ἁγίου.
