Translation

Σφραγὶς ὁ μάρτυς τῶν γραφῶν Κωνσταντίνου Κατακουζηνῶν ἐκ γένους κατηγμένου.

The martyr seals the correspondence of Constantine, descended from the family of the Kantakouzenoi.
