Κύριε βοήθει Εὐθυμίο πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοτρικλίνου, θεσμογράφῳ καὶ βασιλικῷ χρυσογλήπτι.

Lord, help Euthymios protospatharios epi tou Chrysotriklinou, thesmographos and imperial goldsmith.

Commentary

The rarely attested office of chrysoglyptes may have been included among the departments of the epi tou eidikou entrusted with precious or raw materials; cf. Listes, 317.

Note the pi-tau ligature in the final line of the reverse.
