Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Βασιλείῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ, ἀσηκρήτῃ καὶ κριτῇ τοῦ Χαρσιανοῦ.

Commentary
Note the unusual abbreviation sign after ἀση(κρήτῃ). A contemporary seal of Basil, asekretis and judge of Charsianon, but with a different decoration, was published in Zacos, Seals II, no. 913.
