Translation
Ἰσαακίῳ χαρτουλαρίῳ (ὑιῷ) Σωκράτους.

Commentary
This seal is slightly ambiguous. The reverse here likely reads Socrates, but may actually be a less common name such as Σκουταριώτου (Skoutariotos), or Στρατιωτικοῦ (Stratiotikos). It is also possible that there are actually two separate officials on this seal with two separate offices, as the reverse can additionally be read as Σταυρακίῳ κουράτορι (καὶ). The obverse seems to read chartoularios, but then additionally contains the letters Σ and Κ. As the obverse seems to be in the dative while the reverse is in the genitive, the double name apparently present on this seal can likely be read as a patronymic.
