Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀνδρονικῷ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Ἀνατολικῶν.

Lord, help your servant Andronikos, imperial protospatharios and strategos of the Anatolikoi.

Commentary

The restoration of the owner's name is tentative but probable.
