Translation

Θεοτόκε Βοήθη τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λεοντίῳ.

Theotokos, help your servant Leontios.

Commentary

The Ν on the left bar of the reverse monogram is uncertain; only the diagonal of the letter is certain--its right bar is faint and its left is not present--however it is only possible letter in that spot, other than Μ, and the most likely because it gives this sensible resolution. The Σ can be found within the Ε
